What we're about at
Southwest Training
Southwest Training was established with one goal in mind: to create a welcoming place where anyone, at any fitness level, can move their body and improve their health one day at a time.
Our philosophy is simple:
Show up. Work hard. Be a good human.
We believe in quality progress, consistency over perfection, measurable results, community, and hard work that pays off. Through group training, personal training, and nutrition coaching, we help people of all experience levels build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness.
Whether you’re brand new to training or have years of experience, our coaches provide guidance, accountability, and measurable progress every step of the way. We conduct quarterly goal reviews with every member, use InBody assessments to track progress with real data, and provide the structure and accountability busy adults need to build habits that last.
Improving your health and fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. Show up. Work hard. Be a good human. We’ll help with the rest.

Community is what sets Southwest Training apart.
This is not just a place to work out. It is a place to show up, put in the work, and be surrounded by good people doing the same. There is no ego and no intimidation. Just coaching, encouragement, and hard work that pays off.
No matter where you’re starting, you belong here. And you best believe there will be a group of people cheering for you to succeed.
