Amanda never thought she’d be a gym person, let alone own one.
After a health scare in 2014, she realized it was time to take her health seriously. She found CrossFit, fell in love with training, and what started as a lifestyle change turned into a passion.
When her home gym closed in 2022, Amanda didn’t go searching for another place to train. She created one. A place where anyone can walk in, feel welcome, have fun, and train in a way that actually makes sense.
Her coaching focuses on a well rounded approach to functional fitness; blending strength training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, and endurance. By slowing things down and prioritizing quality movement, she helps people get stronger, stay healthier, and make real progress without burning out.
Her favorite part of coaching is seeing someone hit a milestone they never thought possible, that never gets old.
These days, Amanda is competing in HYROX, bringing that same balance of strength and endurance into her programming.
Outside the gym, you’ll find her at the river with her dog Ollie or sipping an Americano at Tantra.
